بررسی سواد سلامت در زنان دیابتی نوع دو در استان قم در سال 1398

چکیده

زمینه و اهداف : دیابت یک اختلال چند عاملی و شایعترین اختلال غدد درون ریز می باشد.ازعوامل مهم در کنترل ودرمان دیابت سواد سلامت فرد مبتلا به دیابت است. سواد سلامت را میزان ظرفیت فرد برای کسب،تفسیر و درک اطلاعات پایه و خدمات سلامت تعریف می کنند که برای تصمیم گیری مناسب لازم است.این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سواد سلامت زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو در قم انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بودکه برروی 300 نفر اززنان دیابتی در قم درسال 1398انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای انجام شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها ، از پرسشنامه سواد سلامت عملکردی بزرگسالانTOFHLA ( Test Of Functional Health Literacy in Adults ) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده ازنرم افزار spss20 ،آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار تحلیلی( آزمون آنوا،تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) انجام شد.
یافته ها: یافته های مطالعه نشان می دهد که میانگین و انحراف معیار سن شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 85/4±4/44 سال بود. سواد سلامت محاسباتی 51 درصد افراد ناکافی و مرزی،در بخش درک خواندن 55 درصداز نمره مطلوب برخوردار بودند، و سواد سلامت کلی 53 درصد از افراد ناکافی و مرزی بود. بین سواد سلامت وتاهل و تحصیلات و شغل نیز ارتباط مثبت و معنی دار وبین سن و سواد سلامت (r=-0/29,p=0/00)ارتباط منفی و معنی دار مشاهده شد.
بحث : با توجه به یافته ها ،افراد مجرد،با تحصیلات کمتر و خانه دار وسن بالاتر دارای سواد سلامت پایین تری می باشند . .در نتیجه در برنامه ریزی ها و اقدامات اتخاذ شده برای ارتقای سطح سواد سلامت به این موارد توجه کرد
