بررسی سبکهای مقابله ایی و خودکارامدی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان و زنان عادی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی مقایسه ای ارتباط بین سبکهای مقابله ایی و خودکارامدی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان و زنان عادی بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود ، در سال 1393 با مراجعه به کلینیک تخصصی رادیو تراپی و آنکولژی رضا (ع)و با توجه به متغیرهای کنترل گر پژوهش50 زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان و 50 زن سالم از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند در این مطالعه ازفرم مشخصات جمعیت شناختی به همراه فرم رضایت آگاهانه ، پرسشنامه سبک های مقابله ای لازاروس و فالکمن و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و مادوکس جهت جمع آوری داده ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت . برای بررسی فرضیه ها از روش های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون t مستقل، جهت تعیین تفاوت بین دو گروه استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها : نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که بین سبک های مقابله ای و مولفه های آن و خودکارآمدی در بین بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان و افراد عادی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان و زنان عادی در سبک مساله مدار، با خودکارآمدی رابطه معنادار و مستقیمی وبین سبک های هیجان محور با خود کارآمدی دارای رابطه معنادار و معکوسی وجود دارد(891- =r 0.01>p).
نتیجه گیری: در مجموع یافته های حاصل نشان می دهد که بین سبکهای مقابله ایی و خودکارامدی در مبتلایان به سرطان و افراد عادی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشته و نمرات بالاتر در سبک مساله مدار با خودکارامدی بهتری همراه است و خودکارآمدی بهتر منجر به رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت می شود.
