بررسی سطح سواد سلامت و ارتباط آن با برخی عوامل در بیماران دیابت نوع دو شهر اهواز

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بیماران مبتلا به دیابت به علت عوارض بیماری و کنترل آن نیازمند آگاهی کافی از بیماری می باشند. از عوامل موثر بر سطح آگاهی، سواد سلامتی است. مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح سواد سلامت و ارتباط آن با برخی عوامل در بیماران دیابت نوع دو شهر اهواز انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی  بر روی 362 بیمار بالای 18 سال مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه دیابت وابسته به بیمارستان گلستان شهر اهواز به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و سواد سلامت ایرانیان(HELIA) بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد.
یافته ها: سن اکثریت نمونه ها 58-48 سال(71/20 درصد)، زن(62/80 درصد)،  بیسواد(54/70 درصد) و خانه دار(52/60 درصد) بود. 50 نفر(13/8 درصد) سواد سلامت کافی، 169 نفر(46/7%) سواد سلامت نه چندان کافی و 143 نفر(39/5 درصد) سواد سلامت ناکافی داشتند. بر اساس نتایج ارتباط معناداری بین ابعاد سواد سلامت و مدت زمان ابتلا به بیماری(p=0.13) و جنسیت(p=0.29) وجود نداشت. ولی ارتباط معناداری بین ابعاد سواد سلامت با سن(p=0.000)، تاهل(p=0.000)، تحصیلات(p=0.000)، نوع شغل(p=0.000)، محل سکونت(p=0.008) و نوع درمان(p=0.000) وجود داشت.
نتیجه گیری: پژوهش نشان داد سواد سلامت بیماران دیابت نوع دو در شهر اهواز در حد نه چندان کافی می باشد. سواد سلامت با متغیرهای سن، تاهل، شغل، تحصیلات، نوع محل سکونت و نوع درمان رابطه آماری معناداری نشان داد. بنابراین لزوم توجه متخصصان اطلاعات سلامت به شناخت متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی بیماران دیابتی و نیازها و توانمندی های آنان در جهت تهیه منابع آموزشی ضروری به نظر می رسد چرا که انتظار می رود با افزایش سوادسلامت،رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامتی نیز ارتقای یابد.
