سنجش سواد سلامت معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرکرد

چکیده

مقدمه: تعیین میزان سواد سلامت معلمان و آگاهی آنان در رابطه با مسایل مرتبط با بهداشت و سلامت، کمک فراوانی به شناسایی و رفع نیازهای آموزشی دانش آموزان می نماید. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سواد سلامت معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرکرد انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که به صورت مقطعی  روی 60 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی شهرکرد  در سال 97-1396  انجام شد. معلمان به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه مربوط به سنجش متغیرهای دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه سواد سلامت (TOHFLA) جمع آوری گردید. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری  SPSS نسخه 18 و بهره گیری از آزمون های توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله رگرسیون خطی و همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمره سواد سلامت در بخش محاسبات 17/67±76/17 و در بخش خواندن 38/29±63/34 به دست آمد، همچنین میانگین نمره سواد سلامت به طور کلی 17/74±73/60 گزارش شده است. از طرفی 60 درصد معلمان در بخش محاسبات و 48/3 درصد آن ها در بخش خواندن دارای سواد سلامت مرزی بودند. بین سواد سلامت با سن و وضعیت اقتصادی معلمان رابطه معنادار وجود داشت (p<0.05) . نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که قدرت پیشگویی کنندگی سن برای سواد سلامت معنی دار بود(p=0.044, β=0.096).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح متوسط سواد سلامت در معلمان و ارتباط آن با سواد سلامت دانش آموزان در مدرسه، طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه های آموزشـی هدفمند مرتبط با سواد سلامت ضروری به نظر می رسد.
