بررسی سواد سلامت، آگاهی و خودکارآمدی بیماران دیابتی مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرکرد

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: دیابت نوع 2 به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین مشکلات سلامت عمومی مطرح می باشد.  سواد سلامت، خودکارآمدی و آگاهی به عنوان عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بیماران دیابتی می باشند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سواد سلامت، آگاهی و خودکارآمدی بیماران دیابتی مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرکرد انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که به صورت مقطعی  روی 138 از بیماران دیابتی مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهرکرد در سال 1396 انجام شد. بیماران به صورت خوشه ای تصادفی از بین 5 مرکز انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه مربوط به سنجش متغیرهای دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سواد سلامت (TOHFLA)، آگاهی و خودکارآمدی جمع آوری گردید. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری  SPSS نسخه 18 و بهره گیری از آزمون های توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله رگرسیون، همبستگی پیرسون و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که 52/9 درصد بیماران، سواد سلامت ناکافی داشتند، میانگین نمره سواد سلامت بیماران دیابتی 21/43±45/23، میانگین نمره آگاهی 23/37±66/39 و میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی آن ها 34/21±31/09 به دست آمد. بین آگاهی، سواد سلامت و خودکارآمدی بیماران ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت (0/001 =P). نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که آگاهی پیش بینی کننده قوی برای سواد سلامت می باشد (0/001=β= 0/447 ،P).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح پایین سواد سلامت و خودکارآمدی در بیماران دیابتی، انجام مداخلات آموزشی هدفمند با استفاده از الگوهای آموزش بهداشت به منظور ارتقاء سواد سلامت و خودکارآمدی بیماران جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی آن ها ضروری به نظر می رسد.
