پیش بینی کننده های رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه ازاد اسلامی واحد کازرون : نقش حمایت اجتماعی و سواد سلامت

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت و سبک زندگی در سنین جوانی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی  ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی و سواد سلامت بر رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کازرون می باشد.  
 
مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه ای توصیفی تحلیلی با شرکت 200 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه  آزاد اسلامی واحد کازرون که به روش خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند؛ صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ساراسون، سواد سلامت منتظری و همکاران و رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده والکر استفاده شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS vs 22  و آزمون های اماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون  و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. 

یافته‌ها: نمره ی  رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت  و سواد سلامت در دانشجویان به ترتیب 74/32 و 76/68 بود. میانگین تعداد افراد در شبکه حمایت اجتماعی دانشجویان 1/9 ± 3/8  نفر و میانگین نمره  رضایت آنها از شبکه اجتماعی خود 1/5 ± 4/9 بود. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که سواد سلامت 2/20 درصد از رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت و حمایت اجتماعی 8/17 درصد این رفتارها را تبیین می کند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با وجودی که سواد سلامت و رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامتی در دانشجویان در حد مطلوب بود اما لزوم انجام برنامه های آموزش سلامت بر اساس حیطه های رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت و مولفه های سواد سلامت و همچنین کمک به دانشجویان در تقویت شبکه اجتماعی و تعدیل انتظارات خود از این شبکه  را منتفی نمی کند.
