Regular physical activity is necessary for human. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Health Literacy and physical activity level of elderly women in the of Urmia city. Methods: In this descriptive – correlation study of 120 elderly women of Urmia were selected. In Order to collect data, two questionnaire Functional Health Literacy of TOFHLA adults   and a physical activity questionnaire of Baekce was used. It was used SPSS software and one-sample T- test, and it was also conducted Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. Results: of 30% of the elderly had adequate Health Literacy 38/34 had inadequate health literacy and 31/64 had cross-border Health Literacy. Correlations were positive and significant correlation between adequate Health Literacy and physical activity were cross-border health physical activity in respectively. One-sample T-Tak results showed that the level Health Literacy in both access and reading in elderly women is higher than the average level in Urmia. Stepwise regression analysis showed that adequate health and cross-border Health Literacy can account for more than 80 percent of their sporting activities. Conclusion:  In order to promote physical activity levels of elderly women it should be improved their health literacy. By planning and designing useful training in the field of Health Literacy programs tailored to the elderly it can be done effective step to develop literacy skills in community health and physical health of elderly. The relationship between health literacy of adolescents and body mass index has been less studied. Therefore, the present study examines the relationship between health literacy and BMI among adolescents. Methods: This cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study conducted on 400 male and female students studying in the second period of high schools, who were selected by multistage random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire containing demographic characteristics, health literacy (questionnaire of HELMA) and BMI-related questions. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 and appropriate tests. Results: 37.5% (n=150) had inadequate health literacy, 37% (n = 148) not so adequate health literacy, 22.5% (n = 90) adequate health literacy and 3% (n = 12) had excellent health literacy. The mean and standard deviation of mean body mass index of subjects was calculated as 23.63 4.89, respectively. There was no significant and Strong correlation between health literacy level and body mass index. Conclusion: Due to lack of relationship between health literacy and BMI it seems that various other variables besides health literacy influence body mass index. Methods: : The research method is Regression study in which 70 married women 30 to 40 years old in Mashhad with multi-stage cluster sampling method were selected to investigate the relationship between health literacy and marital satisfaction and quality of life. To collect data, Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire, quality of Life short form of the World Health Organization, and Questionnaire of Functional Health Literacy Adults (test of functional health literacy in adults, TOFHLA) were used. Results: The results of descriptive analysis and selection married women were referred to clinics in Mashhad showed that there was a significant positive relationship between health literacy and marital satisfaction of married women (p<0.05). As well as showed significant positive correlation between health literacy and quality of life of married women (p<0.05). Conclusion: Based on these findings, between the rate of health literacy, quality of life and marital satisfaction of married women was significant relationship. Therefore, inadequate health literacy affects the rate of marital satisfaction and quality of life married women, create educational opportunities for women in order to improve the health literacy is an effective step in improving marital satisfaction and quality of life. Methods: This Cross-Sectional study was conducted on 1049 adults aged 20-60 years attending referred Ardabil health centers in 2015. Data collecting tool was Iranian health literacy questionnaire. Data was analyzed by correlation tests, Chi-square, T-test and linear regression using SPSS (16). Results: Mean age participants were 39.59±14.1 years. 56.4 percent (n=65) were females. Most participants had Diploma and postgraduate Diploma. Participants had a weak level to access information (76.3%), moderate level in perceive data (59.9%), moderate level in judgment (57.8) and level moderate in use of information (75.1%). Conclusion: Overall, there was moderate health literacy in Middle-aged. It seems necessary training programs be designed according to the needs of Middle-aged with low health literacy. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of unhealthy junk food consumption based on health belief model in elementary school girls Methods: Cross-sectional study Descriptive-analytic type of multi-stage sampling (208 samples) was carried out in 2016. The survey instrument was a questionnaire valid and reliable based on the Health Belief Model (70 items). Data was analyzed by SPSS software according to statistical tests of significance level of 0.05. Results: Results showed that students of sensitivity (49%) and relatively high efficacy (53/8%), perceived benefits (73/1%) and better social protection (68/3%) had. The results showed that among all the health belief model structures with yield (junk food intake) significantly correlated. Also significant differences in parental education and sensitivity, perceived severity, self-efficacy, social support and yield (p<0/05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that students from relatively favorable sensitivity and self-efficacy, perceived benefits and social protection in the field of unhealthy snacks were good. Also a significant relationship between structural and non-use study results showed unhealthy snacks but because of the importance of unhealthy snacks and unhealthy snack consumption among school children and the complications of the health belief model in predicting nutritional behaviors suggest that this model used as a framework for school feeding programs. Considering the nurses impact of health literacy on promoting health literacy and improve public health, the aim of this study was investigating health literacy Level and relation to demographic factors of nurses in in teaching hospitals at West Cities of Iran: 2016 Methods: This study was practical, in term of time is sectional which is done in year 2016.The research community were the nurses of teaching hospitals in West region of the Iran that were348 selected  randomly by cluster samples. Reliability of Questionnaire was obtained through Alpha-Cronbach's which was calculated to be 0.85 and its validity was confirmed by related experts. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed among the people of the society. Data analyses were conducted using Binomial test, Mann-Whitney test, Pearson correlation test using SPSS22. Results: The results of this study showed about 93 percent nurses have acceptable level of health literacy rates. Also Pearson correlation test were no significant relations  between health literacy with age and work experience  of the nurses and a meaningful relation was observed between health literacy and gender of the nurses (p<./001) Conclusion: According to the results, the health literacy was acceptable level of the Nurses. Management and personnel programs and support to its application in health promotion and education and improving health literacy of patients provide.
